The 3rd WFTL was held between the days 21 to 25 of January 2009, in "Belém do Pará". Conferences, panels, discussions, workshops and presentations of papers had been carried through during four days of intense activities, mobilizing a public of 1300 registered participants. We want to offer the resultant material of these multiple meetings of reflection and interchanges, being desired that gain repercussion in the different networks engaged in holding another possible World.
